At Evinaux we believe that one of the preconditions to deliver quality is to have optimally designed procedures and methodologies. That is why we designed the ACT&DEV methodology as a basis of all our services and procedures. 

ACT&DEV – short summary.

Analyze: As a mandatory part of each project it is proven to be the most effective way to have a systemic need assessment and find the core of any task to be solved.

Conceptualize: Conceptualization and design of any training; Conceptualizing targeted sales & customer service methodologies; Writing handbooks, building standards, describing and defining procedures.

Training & Development: Training, coaching, workshop, mentoring, consulting and development plan.

Enforcement: Implementation, coaching, monitoring, quality checking, KPI and incentive management.

Validate: Final corrections if needed and validation.

ACT&DEV is the principle cycle of working with our clients and no matter where we start and what the project is about, we go through all the stages of ACT&DEV. Even when the client needs one single workshop, still, for delivering the workshop, we pass through the cycle of ACT&DEV: from A to V – Analyze, Conceptualize, T&D, Enforcement, Validate.

When a client approaches us for any kind of issue to be solved or process to be implemented, we do not hurry to jump into the realization process. A deep need assessment is an initial and mandatory part of starting our cooperation.

How does it work?

First, we sit together and explore what the challenges and difficulties are that made you think about contacting us. With this initial talk we figure out what would be the best product match to solve the challenges: would it be a design of a sales or customer service process, or would it be a delivery of a training or a coaching with a specific team? Or maybe you have already done those steps and now you need to develop a KPI and incentive management system?

After the initial talk, we send you a detailed questionnaire to be filled. With the filled questionnaire we go deep into each question and structure already the framework of our cooperation, set the milestones and start on building up the next steps.

ConceptualizeAfter the initial analyze process we go into the conceptualization of your matching product. If we would describe the process of conceptualization in words, we would say it is:

A transformation, because it converts your need into a complete matching offer.
Mapping process, where we outline ways how to hit defined milestones.
Development, because with each project we explore specific details of the different industries, challenges of teams, managers etc.
Fun for us, because it is never the same. We get creative and find extraordinary solutions special for our clients.

Training&DevelopmentWhen it comes to Training & Development, then the implementation process starts. What we have created in the previous– “Conceptualize” phase, we implement here. The ACT&DEV T&D include, but are not limited to:

-Delivery of a training already designed.
-Individual or team coaching.
-Team or management workshops.
-Mentoring.
-Consulting for partner organizations.
-Implementation and running KPI and incentive management.
-Implementation and running of quality checking procedures.
 
The T&D stage is probably the most value adding part for our clients, because you see tangible results of what we have done during the Conceptualization phase.
 
EnforcementAfter the Training & Development, what we call also Implementation phase, our cooperation together is by far not finished yet. What is most important to us, is the complete satisfaction of our clients. Therefore at this phase, we go to the beginning and check if the pre-defined needs are perfectly matching the results we got. If not, we undertake actions to make the match perfect.
 
The Enforcement stage includes, but is not limited to:
 
Monitoring of implemented projects.
Individual coaching to further enforce and achieve mastery.
-Observation of implemented procedures.
-Undertaking corrections if needed
-Supporting the project for assuring long lasting effects.

The validation phase is the one, where everyone is happy and satisfied, because all of us reached the set targets, we have left lot’s of work behind and are enjoying the harvest of a fruitful, positive, professional, creative, productive and further going cooperation.
