This program explores the topic of emotional intelligence as it relates to leadership effectiveness. It provides insights on leadership and builds a solid level of self-awareness for the participants. Through the learning activities, you will get a valuable understanding of how to work effectively with colleagues and team members. ​

By the end of this program, you will learn about the anatomy of emotions and how emotions and thoughts work together to influence behaviors.  You will understand the link between emotional intelligence and success in life and discern the difference between automatic limbic decisions and intentional, conscious decisions.​

You will practice agile thinking, increase self-awareness and intentional reflection, and develop cognitive and behavioral strategies to manage emotions intelligently. 

You will explore the four-domain model of emotional intelligence, define emotional intelligence as a set of competencies that can be learned, understand discretionary emotional energy, and explore the conditions that increase employee engagement. You will increase influence by mapping out and evaluating personal influence networks and developing strategies for improving teamwork and collaboration among team members with different emotional triggers. ​

You will increase confidence in managing conflict and difficult emotional conversations step by step. You will explore the connection between emotional intelligence and leadership, define leadership styles, and identify which competencies you need to develop to lead others effectively. You will master essential tools for developing competencies that support the various leadership styles. Managing unconscious bias and creating a culture that respects diversity and inclusion will be easy. ​

You will develop strategies for creating a motivating and engaged culture and Identify strategies for win-win collaboration and team decision making. ​

All this can be taught or conducted in training, coaching, or workshop format, which is more coherent with your needs. The Emotional Intelligence module is multidimensional and can cover various needs by applying different dimensions.  These are the possible dimensions we could use. ​
